MATILDA GAGLIARDI – Jeremy Martin and Jesse are the best. Very thorough. They were detail oriented. The were very respectful. They treated my home as if it were their own. Everything was in complete order when they were finished with the job. Jeremy explained how to care for my new flooring. I asked several times and he was so courteous and took his time to make sure I understood. I could go on, I am so pleased and very happy to have these two gentlemen do my install.

JOAN DENAPOLI – Our experience with Giant Floor was wonderful. From the time we walked in the door to completion. Lindsay was very helpful and professional in choosing ceramic tile, hardwood floor to carpeting. Mark,John and the entire installion crew were efficient,fast and friendly. He installed Cali bamboo in my house. He knew exactly how it needed to be acclimated to my home. He took the time to stack it the proper way and was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and really took pride in his work. He made sure the finishing touches and final product were done properly and to my expectations. I am very pleased. I would recommend to everyone. Also, Mark, the owner is wonderful to deal with.

JOAN CIOTTI – Today poor Jeff made 21 trips up 8 stairs to deliver heavy hardwood flooring. His helper didn’t show up and he delivered without a complaint. You’re lucky that Jeff is reliable and does a difficult job alone. He deserves a raise.

JOAN DENAPOLI – Jeff and only Jeff delivered 9 boxes ceramic tile,4 bags mortar,a bag of grout,8 sheets cement boards and 24 cartons oak hardwood did it with a smile and was very friendly,fast and efficent.

DAVID CAPRARI – Jude and Murat recently installed new carpeting on my first floor residence. I classify Jude as “an old pro” as his experience is evident of the fine quality of his work. Couldn’t be more pleased!

CROSS ROAD AG CHURCH – Giant Floor was kind enough to donate old carboard tubes for our children’s program decoration. We are greatly pleased with them and can’t wait to utilize the resources in making our program shine!

JOE & SUSAN E – Eric R and crew just finished a massive install and made it look easy ! They were spotless, thorough, extremely polite and worked as if it were their own home. I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much Eric R and team , 2 thumbs up !!

VIRGINIA LOUGHLIN – Yesterday Mitch and Ed finished replacing my carpeted stairs and hallway with hardwood. They did a fantastic job and also cleaned up afterward. Great work, guys!!

CLARA R . – Thursday. May 31, 2018 Thursday I came in giant wb store with my granddaughter and I met Margaret . She came right up to me and was so willing to help me find a runner . She was polite and courteous and really listened to me and helped me pick out the perfect runner . Thank you Margaret I would come back to giant again every time , and definitely have you help me again .

ALAN CLUSAN – I was only privy to a consultation thus far but Mark was very friendly, snappy with responses to my questions, very quick amd thorough with measurements of the floor and just provided a very comfortable scenario. I’ll definitely leave another review once our floor has been installed. So far so good.

THERESA LEO – Lydsey from the Scranton office couldn’t be nicer and great to work with! She was very patient with me and all of my questions.

THERESA LEO – Jeff , my delivery guy , was fantastic Took great care of my product and really had to work hard to deliver the items. Plus he couldn’t have been nicer!! He’s a customer service keeper!!

CHARLES CASEY – Very satisfied with Kerry. She was very knowledgeable in helping pick out our floor covering. Her patience and attitude were refreshing during the time she spent with us, not hurrying to “just make the sale”. She made our shopping experience enjoyable.

SUSAN DOWNER – We just ordered new hardwood flooring and today it was delivered by Jeff. He was great. Made sure i was ok with where he was putting the material and made sure our existing hardwood floor (also a Giant purchase) was protected. Looking forward to installation on Tuesday with Kevin!

SALLY MCINTOSH – Recently I had a new floor put in for my kitchen. Your installers are top rate. Tim and his crew Steve and Craig did a fantastic job. They did their work as though it was their home they were working on. They had it done in two days and they worked the entire time they were here. They worked like a well -oiled – machine so to say. Again great job and also Thank you Sandy for your help and patience.

FRAN MXANDREW – Great service from store to home. Kevin was very helpful and went above and beyond. Very pleased with the product and professionalism by Giant Flooring staff.
