CHRISTINE & JUSTIN – We went to the one in Scranton and got the beautiful barnwood vinyl planks. Kevin is so friendly and funny. Staff are cool. Easy to go in and buy. Kevin was helpful with our search and very informative. Mark and John, who installed the flooring did a great job. Very friendly, helpful, professional and punctual. Couldn’t ask for better men. Awesome job. We are so happy with the service and the beautiful floors. Will be going back for carpet for the bedrooms next. Thank you!!

FORREST & VALERIA MCGRATH – This is an update to a review I submitted on Sept. 10, 2018 where I reviewed the installer which we had some discrepancies with. After I mentioned this to Mark and Pete (owners) they took charge. They inspected the problems and assigned Jeremy and Jesse to the project. I cannot express my extreme satisfaction with Jeremy and Jesse. After inspecting the project they removed part of the floor and relaid it. They were punctual, dedicated, and very knowledgeable with the project. Mark and Pete followed the progress on a day to day basis. If I have to buy any additional flooring there is only one company I will consider; GIANT FLOORING. Mark and Pete stand behind their product and their installers. They were very concerned and apologetic. My wife and I could not be happier. All our concerns were addressed and resolved. Our house, with our new Cali Bamboo flooring, is everything we dreamed it would be. I have nothing but praise for Mark and Pete and the installers, Jeremy and Jesse.

RICH & SUE – Jude & Charlie did a terrific job installing our carpeting. Cleanup was perfect.

KAREN LUTZ – Jeff delivered an 8×11 rug and pad, moved the furniture, removed the old rug and pad, placed the new one, and replaced the furniture–alone! A one-man crew for a two-man job, and he did an excellent job. Thank you Jeff. Incidentally the rug is beautiful.

DIANE V. – Great experience from the beginning with our salesperson Karen assisting us with her knowledge of products and artistic eye for our space, to the end with our install from Jeremy who was timely, professional, and also did a terrific job. Thanks Wilkes-Barre Giant Floor !!!

FORREST MCGRATH – We purchased Cali Bamboo flooring and Sam and his crew installed it. The installation took them 3 days. They practically ruined our house. The flooring had big gaps between the boards, they nicked our wallpaper and wood trim, did not use a vacuum cleaner but used a broom instead. This clogged up both my air cleaners. I would not recommend this crew to put Cali in an outhouse. They work too fast and they are very sloppy.

REV.THOMAS BERARDI – Always a great Experience with these guys, Kevin very knowledgeable Pleasant to work with and help me out with this decision making and what we needed carpet wise. Rank was a help to he caught it got enrolled and for us professionalism courteous knowledgeable

GREENING FAMILY – First class experience from beginning ’til end. Kevin’s a great guy, even though he’s a 49ers fan. Since this was a big hardwood & tile project, we had plenty of questions to make sure we were making the right decisions. Kevin was there all the way through. He was very friendly and helpful. In minutes, we felt like we’ve known him for years. Frank, the delivery man is hardworking & friendly. He unloaded 37 boxes of hardwood in the sweltering heat by himself & never complained. Finally, kudos to Mark & his team of installers! They did an amazing job! Mark’s a great guy. Very friendly, precise, knowledgeable & keeps you informed every step of the way. Also, never a mess left behind. Could ask for a better team of installers! We love our floors & couldn’t be happier that we chose Giant. Keep up the great work & customer service!

ELLIE HYDE – John was very patient while I decided on my carpeting. Jude and Charlie did a great job with the installation. I am very pleased.

JENNIFER – Lindsey in the Scranton store took my phone call, answered every question and the next day I stopped in and she helped me within minutes!! Very satisfied!!

ALEX – Alice, Jude, and Charlie were all great. I’d go with them again.

CLARA KEIPER – After having visited 2 other box stores, I finally convinced my 90 year old mother to visit your Bartonsville store for the livingroom area rug she wanted. She was already a little tired, so I had her wait in the car while I went in to see if they had what she wanted. I explained my situation, and the young lady, Marissa said yes, she could help us, and even offered to help with helping my mom get in the store! Then she was very patient and kind showing us everything that was available and after we picked one out, she was so nice to offer my mom a discount. Then, to top it off, we didn’t know that they didn’t deliver, so she helped me load it in my car, and although I would never have accepted, she even offered to drop it off for us, since my mom lives nearby. What a sweetheart!!! Keep this girl, who said she was in training and from Tunkhanik. I don’t remember ever having the kind of service from anyone that we got from her!!! I hope she goes far and you value her customer service skills. So grateful for her help , and my mom couldn’t have been happier when I finally laid down that rug that she’s been waiting for for too long. Thank-you Marissa!!! Kindest reguards, Dawn Keiper
