SHERRY – INSTALLERS WERE FANTASTIC! After months of planning, preparing, and locating a place to install our kitchen floor, my wife and I took a hour ride to Wilkes-Barre. Sandy (manager) greeted us and helped us finalize our tile selection. I believe the end results are what matters and the installers really delivered. Chris & Jerry (installers) installed a rather large space within a day and finished up with the grout today. Chris has a high level of professionalism, customer service. and definitely a hard worker. I’d ask for him by name to do your next job!

MARINO FAMILY – Outstanding in every way. Jeremy and Jesse installed our new hardwood floor and it looks amazing. They pay attention to details and finishing work. We would highly recommend them as they are professional, timely and excellent craftsmen.

LARRY AHERN – Jeff and Frank installed two (2) 9×12 carpets. They moved some heavy furniture
including a piano. They were very friendly and did a nice job. Also thanks to Bob Kep our salesman who helped us getting what we needed.

ELAINE SHILLABEER – My husband & I were well pleased with the service we received from Alice. She helped us pick the perfect vinyl flooring for our kitchen & bath. Scheduling was great, they worked with my work schedule. Jeremy & Jess showed up at my house on time & did a fantastic job. Everything was done to their perfection. Very polite & courteous, even when cleaning up they did great job. We are so pleased we which we did it sooner. Fantastic job & would recommend them to our friends & use them in the near future if need be. Very satisfied customer. Thank you for a job well done.

JOSEPH&LOIS D – Cannot say enough about Jeremy and Jessie they came promptly at 8 o’clock and put down a first time vinyl plank flooring in our home professionally done .We did a walk around before they even started installing and they showed us areas in our kitchen that were a little out of plum and they were able to work around that .thanks again Jeremy and Jesse

MELISSA ABDA – Our experience started with Lindsay who was extremely helpful in the Scranton store…made choosing simple and not overwhelming. Next, Tony measured. He was so friendly and did a thorough job…quite a large job as he measured our whole house! Our delivery person Jeff was awesome. The man carried in like 40 large boxes of hardwood all by himself. Last but certainly not least were our installers. Eric and his crew Brian and Adam were amazing. They did a phenomenal job. They were courteous, respectful with our things, and took their time. Amazing crew and amazing results. Very positive overall experience.

ALLAN PERRY – Jeremy Martin installed flooring in 3 rooms. It was SO refreshing to have someone come and know what they were doing. These guy’s were GREAT. They do so many little things for the customer that they don’t have to do. They did a GREAT JOB . I would recommend him to any good friend. Thank’s again for a GREAT JOB.

EXCEPTIONAL! – We purchased a large Kerastan wool rug from Giant Floor. Jenny is an outstanding professional who answered all our questions and offered additional considerations we hadn’t thought about. The rug we chose is beautiful and we enjoy it even more as the outcome of our work with Jenny. We highly recommend this store and its staff.

BILL M – Jeremy and his partner installed the vinyl floor in our basement. I was very skeptical about using vinyl but upon completion it has surpassed my expectations. Jeremih didn’t outstanding job and I would highly recommend him to do yours as well. We have owned several homes over the past couple years and I can say Jeremy ranks up there with the best in terms of professionalism and workmanship.
